Halloween at the Jail

After an outstanding success in 2010, we are thrilled and excited to be working again  with Lucie Hart – A partir d’un bon pas and Ron Graham – Equipe psycho-sociale  and their amazing teams of volunteers to bring you “HALLOWEEN II”!

Due to the popularity of last year’s event, we will run the entire week before Halloween!  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday day time will be dedicated to school groups. Level I or II depending on the age of the children.

Wednesday, evening will be for the press and special invited guests – Level III

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings will be for those who really enjoy a good fright – the real fans of Halloween! Level III full out!

Saturday morning will be especially for the little ones.  They can see first hand costumes, make up and meet the people behind the costumes.  There will also be, of course a Halloween treat for them.

Cost again this year is only $3 per person.

We want to thank everyone who braved the wet and cold last year just to get frightened!   This year we have tried to improve not just fright level but even your wait time!  You will be able to purchase coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn or a hot dog for only $1 each.  All proceeds from the sale of treats along with the proceeds from admissions will be divided between children’s programs in the community and the preservation of the Historic Jail.

We invite you to also come in costume and join in the fun!

Three (3) levels of scariness will be provided for your enjoyment!!!

Scary Level I:	(suitable for young children or the faint of heart) Lights on in Jail No masked actors Mild sound effects
Scary Level II:	(suitable for older children or those looking for a slight chill) Lights off in Jail Masked actors Escorts equipped with flashlights Moderate sound effects
Scary Level III:	(suitable for those not faint of heart) Lights off in Jail Masked, costumed actors throughout the tour Extreme sound effects Totally frightening!!!!
